“The idea to create the most modern employment platform in Montenegro was born in 2018, when we as students were looking for our first jobs that would provide us with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and improve ourselves. Back then, we recognized certain shortcomings and challenges in the labor market that we wanted to overcome by creating a platform that would meet the expectations of even the most demanding candidates and employers.” - Dalibor Ranković, CEO and one of the founders of radnik.me.

The company radnik.me was founded by Dalibor Ranković, Nikola Veljić, and Nemanja Ranković - three young entrepreneurs who are programmers by profession. Over the years, they researched the labor market in Montenegro, with a special focus on everything candidates and employers often cited as the main shortcomings in the hiring process. During the development of the software, they made sure it addressed all the challenges both parties had faced so far.

Special attention was paid to making it user-friendly and time-saving, as time is the most important resource today. That's why mobile applications were developed for candidates, enabling one-click application to job ads, as well as quick notification of new ads via push notifications on their phones. Employers have various benefits available to expedite finding the right candidate, the most significant being the summarization of applicants' resumes using artificial intelligence and systematizing their data and resumes into clear tables and folders.

The team now includes professionals in marketing and communications, administration, and human resources. The main goal and task of all of us are to improve and facilitate job searching for all candidates, as well as to provide them with continuous support in their career development. Additionally, we want to give employers the opportunity to present and promote their companies as best as possible, thus making it easier for them to find their ideal employee.

In the long run, we strive to be recognized as the pioneers of a completely new approach to the hiring process. We are aware of how stressful and uncertain this process can be, which is why we encourage employers to inform applicants about the outcome of the job ads. We also encourage them to state the estimated monthly salary for the advertised position in the ad.
