Job Description:

Collaboration with external accounting
Monitoring costs, financial results analysis
Collaboration with tax and inspection authorities
Monitoring the status of suppliers and customers
Control, recording and posting of incoming invoices for goods, costs, inventory, and fixed assets
Issuance of pro forma invoices and preparation of outgoing invoices to domestic and foreign legal entities, monitoring of receivables collection
Harmonization of receivables and obligations
Analysis of goods and financial cards
Monthly inventory evaluation
Participation in the preparation of the final accounts
Monthly and annual settlements
Document posting
Cash flow monitoring
Preparation of financial statements
Coordination in the preparation of necessary documentation
Preparation of reports on debts and receivables
Processing petty cash and travel expenses and preparing documentation for accounting
Reporting to management on all aspects of administrative and financial activities of the company
Monitoring and coordination of all current activities and processes within the company, other tasks as instructed by the employer
