ADMINISTRATIVE WORKER (m/f)

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative person to fill the position of Administrative Worker in our team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing and organizing administrative tasks and daily business processes
- Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and other business materials
- Data entry into computer systems, record keeping, and database management
- Preparing and archiving business documents
- Communicating with clients, partners, and colleagues via phone and email
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, travel, and other business activities
- Preparing reports, financial statements, and other administrative materials
- Supporting management and other departments with administrative tasks
- Maintaining office cleanliness and managing office supplies
Qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or higher education degree, preferably in the field of administration, management, or related areas
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Proficiency in computer work (MS Office package, web browsers, email management)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
- Teamwork, but also the ability to make independent decisions
