Administrator of outgoing warehouse documentation
Position Description:
- Registration and control of outgoing invoice documentation from the field for shipment of goods
- Archiving documentation and organizing it according to defined procedures
- Receipt and processing of documentation resulting from delivery discrepancies in accordance with defined routing
- Registration of packaging returns according to defined routing
- Preparing reports for field returns and delivery discrepancies
- Reporting on delivery discrepancies and undelivered goods in accordance with defined procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Desirable experience in similar positions
- Ability to handle simple administrative operations
- Computer literacy
