Administrator (m/f)
Job description:
- Performing general administrative tasks: answering and directing phone calls, email communication, etc.
- Keeping business records through business software
- Communication with clients and other employees
- Collaboration with the commercial sector to ensure complete documentation for booking (invoices, statements, delivery notes, etc.)
- Active participation in daily activities of the sector in accounting and inventory management
- Preparing and submitting reports at the request of the employer
- Communication with suppliers and organizing logistics processes
- Obtaining all necessary permits and necessary analysis for the import of goods
- Active involvement in preparing various documents and reports
- Maintaining office inventory and ordering new when necessary
- Other current administrative activities
Job requirements:
- Education level: High school diploma
- Work experience in similar positions
- Ability to work independently and set priorities
- Good knowledge of Office package: Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Accuracy, precision, responsibility
