ARCHITECT IN THE TECHNICAL PREPARATION SECTOR (m/f)
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation, elaboration, and control of technical documentation for project realization (project documentation, estimates, and work invoices, etc.)
- Participation in the development of the project technology for work execution and assessment of the company's internal resources
- Participation in the analysis of needs and conditions for subcontractor engagement
- Planning and organizing resources for project realization (material, equipment, and machinery)
- Analysis of prices for all positions in the work estimates
- Market information gathering
- Monitoring and control of construction costs in line with the planned budget
- Monitoring modern methods and technologies for work execution
- Obtaining offers from subcontractors and their analysis
- Storage and archiving of documentation
- Collaboration with other performers within technical preparation, as well as other sectors of the company
Qualifications:
- Graduate architect, high level of education, VII degree
- Essential knowledge of programs: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
- Desirable knowledge of the English language
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
- Possession of a license for technical documentation and building construction
- Desirable B category driver's license
