Job Description:

We are looking for an on-site architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the architectural aspects of construction projects on site, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Providing sales drawings, drawings in progress, or any related technical drawings that the site may require

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the architectural phase of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, quality, and safety
Interpreting and implementing architectural drawings and specifications on site, adapting as necessary to address practical issues related to the site itself
Conducting site inspections, managing design changes, and maintaining documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
With 2-5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Experience in site planning and development is particularly valuable
Certification and licensing are a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, especially those demonstrating an understanding of site architecture
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
Ability to create working drawings or any technical drawings that the site may require
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practical site details
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with engineers and construction teams
Ability to support project teams and provide clear direction and solutions
