Architect on construction site (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- We are looking for a site architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Providing sales drawings, draft drawings in production, or any related technical drawing that the site may require
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the architectural phase of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
- Interpreting and implementing architectural drawings and specifications on-site, adjusting as needed to address practical site-specific issues
- Conducting site inspections, managing design changes, and maintaining documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- With 2-5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Experience in site planning and development is particularly valuable
- Certification and licensing is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, especially those demonstrating an understanding of site architecture
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Ability to produce working drawings or any technical drawings the site may require
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practical site details
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with engineers and construction teams
- Ability to support project teams and provide clear direction and solutions
