ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the general manager, ensuring efficient management of his time and responsibilities
- This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills
- The position acts as a key link between the general manager and internal/external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Setting priorities and managing the busy schedule of the general director
- Screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Handling cost reports and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration (management, economics, HR, etc.)
- 2-5+ years of proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present data clearly and concisely
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment

- Round trip plane tickets (from home country to Libya and back)

- Monthly salary is paid at the end of each month to candidate's personal account
- Contract is signed for 6 months, with possibility of extension
