Assistant to the General Manager (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the position of assistant in the office of the general manager. This position requires a high level of professionalism and organizational skills, as well as the ability to efficiently manage important administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings and business trips, including creating agendas, planning travel, and managing protocol details
- Managing internal and external communication
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of provided information
- Performing secretarial duties in the office of the general manager
- Handling mail and other documents
- Implementing all adopted rules and procedures
- Performing other tasks as instructed by the immediate manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in economics or equivalent diploma in business administration, management, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, including working in the office of the general manager or in an administrative position with similar responsibilities
Skills and Abilities:
- Candidate must have a high level of proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Arabic for writing and communication purposes
