General job description:

Preparing work space and equipment for work, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, carrying out work tasks assigned by the head bartender/bar manager to ensure efficient operation

Key areas of work and responsibilities:

Monitoring and adhering to all hotel standards, business procedures, and rules of conduct
Material and financial responsibility in the workplace
Timely and accurate reporting to the head bartender/bar manager regarding business activities for which one is responsible
Responsible for the quality of service provided
Keeping the bar and work area clean and tidy at all times
Preparing and maintaining work equipment
Maintaining and replenishing bar stocks, maintaining the quality and expiry dates of beverages and consumables
Washing, polishing, and maintaining the cleanliness of all bar inventory and work tools
Adhering to all health and sanitation rules and procedures
Professional behavior towards guests and colleagues
Caring for personal hygiene and professional appearance
Ensuring rational use of energy, consumables, and time
Final cleaning of the bars
Performing other duties as directed by the head bartender/bar manager

Required education and experience:

Education - III or IV degree of professional education (preferably secondary education in hospitality or tourism)
Work experience - at least 1 year of work experience in the same or similar positions
