Job description and responsibilities:
- Taking care of guests' luggage to ensure a smooth loading and unloading process
- Actively managing the parking area and Hotel entrance, warmly welcoming guests upon each arrival and departure
- Upon guests' arrival, taking over the room key and escorting them to their rooms
- Participating in luggage delivery, both during check-in and check-out, with attention to all details
- Providing guests with all relevant information about hotel facilities and services, safety protocols, and technical devices in rooms, ensuring their complete comfort
- Handling mail deliveries and messages
- Fully understanding the Hotel's policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of service and safety
- Executing all other tasks as directed by the Front Office Manager, with a special focus on providing excellent service
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Mandatory knowledge of Montenegrin language
- Excellent command of English - B2 level
- Excellent communication skills and friendliness
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license
