BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented business development professional to join our team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven experience in identifying, developing, and creating new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from creating potential customers and qualifying leads to developing proposals and contract negotiations. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of our industry and target market
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events
- Developing strategies to acquire new customers and expand business with existing clients
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration (management, economics, HR, etc.)
- 2-5+ years of relevant work experience in business development or a related field
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify and solve complex business challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to align with the company's vision and mission
