CATEGORY MANAGER (m/f)
📍Location: Podgorica
Job description:
- Planning, development, and implementation of a product category strategy
- Assortment optimization - identifying products for introduction, discontinuation, or replacement
- Sales analysis, market trends, competition, and consumer behavior
- Creating regular reports on key performance indicators
- Formulation and updating pricing policy according to market conditions and company goals
- Managing promotions and seasonal activities
- Negotiating terms of cooperation, prices, and marketing support
- Building long-term partnerships with key suppliers
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on developing promotional activities
- Initiating and leading projects for category growth
- Responsibility for the category budget, including marketing and development costs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English language
- Category B driver's license
- Work experience in similar positions is an advantage
