CHAMBERMAID (m/f)
Job description:
- Cleans and maintains the complete hygiene of hotel rooms, bathrooms, hallways, elevators, stairs, and other related areas (hotel premises)
- Takes responsibility for the necessary supplies and maintenance of cleanliness
- Keeps track of the inventory of supplies and equipment
- Is responsible for the key card used during work
- Follows instructions received during training (how to prepare the room, how to clean different materials and items, how to handle cleaning equipment; respects hotel rules and standards)
- Rationlly uses consumables, separates used linens and towels, as well as waste materials - trash
- Keeps track of the status of the minibar
- Hands over forgotten items and guest belongings to the supervisor
- Monitors guest departures and checks room inventory; verifies the functioning of equipment and furnishings
- Reports technical problems to the reception; promptly informs the manager about any damages or missing inventory
- Is accountable to the Manager for their work
- In addition to the duties and tasks mentioned in the job description, the employee is obliged to perform other duties and tasks that are in accordance with regulations and professional standards, and fall within the scope of work
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in similar or related positions is desirable, but not required
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
- Good communication skills and a friendly approach to guests
- High level of attention to detail and thoroughness
- Knowledge of basic hygiene standards
- Reliability and responsibility in performing tasks
- Knowledge of English is a plus, but not required
