CHIEF OF THE SHEET METAL AND PAINTING DEPARTMENT

What does the candidate need to possess?
- Experience in managing work processes in a team, preferably, but not necessarily, involving some manufacturing and/or service activities
- Communication skills with both internal and external clients, partners, organizations, and institutions
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Basic culture and general knowledge
- Reside in Podgorica or its vicinity
- Professionalism, dedication, and consistency in work;
- Desire for progress, improvement, and realizing full potential, personal and professional
- Driver's license category B
