License for preparing technical documentation and construction of complex engineering facilities
5 years of work experience

Job Description:

Supervises the construction of buildings
Responsible for carrying out construction works and overseeing the following works:
- Designing (research work, documenting)
- Construction of buildings
- Preparatory works (site clearing, site preparation, water and electricity supply, water drainage)
- Construction works: carpentry, concrete, reinforced concrete, steel fixing, masonry
- Finishing works: locksmith, carpentry, roofing, tiling, glazing
- Installation of finished elements
- Maintenance - maintaining the purpose of the building
Ensures that accurate records of employees, all other necessary records and documents required by law are kept at the construction site
Ensures control over procured and used materials
Ensures that all works are carried out in accordance with standards and regulations, that the quality meets the standards entirely, and that the works progress according to the planned schedule in accordance with the client's requirements
