Job Description: A Construction Engineer for contract preparation and implementation is responsible for coordinating, preparing, negotiating, and implementing contracts in construction projects. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and negotiation abilities with clients, suppliers, and partners. The engineer will be a key point in ensuring that all contracts are executed according to planned schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract preparation:
    • Development of technical specifications and analysis needed for contract preparation
    • Preparation and review of contractual documentation, including projects, drawings, specifications, and budgets
    • Collaboration with the legal team to draft and verify contract terms in accordance with legislation and industry standards
