Requirements:

Graduated civil engineer, structural direction, VII level
Knowledge of programs required: MS Office, AutoCAD,...
Desirable knowledge of English language
Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
Desirable possession of a license for the preparation of technical documentation and construction of buildings
Driver's license (B)

Job description:

Communication with investors and other business associates
Plans, organizes, and supervises the complete realization of the construction project, with a focus on monitoring the progress of work
Organizes the preparation of monthly operational and dynamic plans, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of work at the construction site
Organizes, monitors, and controls work by subcontractors, quality, and dynamics as per obligations defined in contracts concluded with them
Controls the quality of work performed, materials used, as well as overall work, discipline, and hygiene at the construction site
Organizes and maintains construction documentation: construction diary, construction book, inspection book, all measurements and tests,...
Prepares requisitions for necessary materials, as well as monthly consumption of the same
Analyzes and timely identifies deficiencies or discrepancies in project documentation, for which a written report is prepared
Organizes and controls timely receipt and preparation of construction documentation
Compiles reports and elements on the occurrence of unforeseen or additional work, which are promptly submitted for preparation
Collaborates with the technical preparation in preparing elements involving dynamics and deadlines, technical parameters and conditions, price revision, and similar
As a representative of the responsible contractor, works on handover of the facility and final settlement
