COLLECTION OFFICER (m/f)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implementation of operational activities until the final collection of receivables (due unpaid loan installments)
- Daily phone contact with clients
- Coordinated cooperation and support to other sectors in the company
- Monitoring of client portfolios
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Previous experience in similar positions desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Readiness to learn and work in a dynamic team
