Director of Post-Sales (m/f)

The idea of this job ad is to invite all those who believe they possess the skills and knowledge to manage after-sales processes and personnel in a system that is the official dealer and/or distributor for 5 renowned automotive brands.

DIRECTOR OF POST-SALES

📍Location: Podgorica (Donja Gorica)

What does candidate need to possess?

1. Experience in managing work processes in a team, preferably having dealt with some service activities
2. Administrative/technical literacy and skill in communication with internal as well as external clients, partners, organizations, and institutions
3. Knowledge of the automotive industry
4. Basic culture and general knowledge
5. Professionalism, dedication, and consistency in work
6. Desire for progress, improvement, and reaching full potential, both personally and professionally
7. Category B driver's license
