EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (m/f)

Responsibilities, qualifications, and skills we are looking for:
- Setting and achieving long-term goals
- Developing strategies to increase market share and profitability
- Motivating and leading the entire team:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
- Maintaining and expanding the client network:
- Maintaining high-quality relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client network
- Negotiating collaboration terms with suppliers and customers
- Preparing operational plans, defining goals for different segments
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managerial roles or other positions requiring independent work
- Category B driving license (active driver)
- Strong organizational, sales, and presentation skills
