Finance and Accounting Administrator (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks and cooperation with accounting
- Submitting input and output invoices to accounting
- Internal booking of output invoices
- Online banking and cooperation and communication with the bank
- Cash register management and processing of travel orders/li>
- Cost control with reporting
- Matching payments, sending open items to customers and suppliers, and reconciling accounts
- Personnel administration - contracts, personal protective equipment documentation, etc.
- Monitoring legislation in the field of business
- Preparing quarterly internal business balance sheets in cooperation with accounting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative tasks
- University education in social or economic studies
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and proactivity in work
- High degree of reliability, responsibility in handling confidential information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
- Basic accounting, financial knowledge, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of English language - not required
- Readiness for teamwork, adaptation, and collaboration
