FINANCE SPECIALIST (m/f)
(ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT)

Job description:
- We are looking for a financial coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial sector and will be able to contribute to our team through exceptional analytical skills and implementation of the company's financial system
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and monitoring client payments, ensuring all accounts are up to date
- Assisting in preparing and sending invoices to clients for completed work on construction projects
- Monitoring overdue accounts, sending reminders, or escalating to management when necessary
- Generating reports for the financial team
- Providing suggestions for improving procedures and processes in the work area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics
- Master's Degree in Economics is desirable
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry or project-based environment
- Knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, and project financing is highly desirable
Skills and Abilities:
- Working with financial software and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP)
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage
- Positive attitude when carrying out work tasks
- Internal communication and teamwork - effectively communicating on financial matters and project status
- Reporting: Ability to clearly and accurately report on financial progress and any project management issues to other relevant parties
