HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- Organizes, coordinates, and controls work processes in the hotel housekeeping department (rooms, hotel public areas, laundry)
- Collaborates with all hotel sectors related to guest stay organization in the hotel
- Establishes SOP - standard operating procedures and ensures the achievement of service standards
- Responsible for the smooth implementation of hotel business policies
- Schedules duties for staff: management, motivation, and training of employees
- Prepares and conducts training sessions for employees and monitors task completion
- Ensures proper use and handling of inventory, equipment, and devices
- Handles all administrative duties regarding records in the hotel housekeeping work process
- Monitors orders of consumables, inventory, and work equipment
- Organizes and controls laundry processes
- Ensures compliance with hygiene-technical and safety protection measures for guests, staff, inventory, and hotel premises
- Plans budget and monitors expenses
- Addresses and resolves guest and employee complaints related to housekeeping services
- Ensures timely resolution of technical issues to avoid work disruptions
Provided:
- Round-trip plane tickets (from home country to Libya and back)
- Health insurance during stay in Libya, in accordance with Libyan laws

- Monthly salary is paid at the end of each month to the candidate's personal account
- Contract is for 6 months, with possibility of extension
