HR ASSISTANT (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job description:
- Monitoring and implementing all local, national, and international laws and regulations related to hotel operations, labor relations, and guest rights
- Creating, analyzing, and updating employment contracts in accordance with legislation and internal regulations
- Legal advice to management on employment, dismissal, disciplinary procedures, and employee rights
- Participation in the employee selection process, as well as preparation of legal documentation for new employees
- Preparing training plans with other hotel managers
- Handling legal aspects of business correspondence, including guest complaints and claims, and providing advice on service policies
- Identifying legal risks in hotel operations and proposing measures to minimize them
- Developing and implementing policies supporting business integrity, labor rights, and ethical standards
