HR MANAGER (m/f)

Job description:
- Defining human resources needs in collaboration with management
- Posting job ads, candidate selection, and conducting interviews
- Organizing the process of hiring new employees
- Development and training of employees
- Creating and implementing training and development programs
- Planning career development of employees
- Maintaining high standards of hotel service through continuous education
- Providing feedback and support in professional development
- Collaborating with all sectors in management to define staffing needs
- Managing human resources and databases
- Resolving conflicts and mediating between employees and management
- Ensuring compliance with hotel rules and ethical standards
- Administration and legal compliance
- Monitoring and implementing labor regulations and hotel policies
- Maintaining personnel records and employment contracts
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English language in speech and writing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mentioned position
- Precision and responsibility in work
We offer:
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension
- Two weeks of paid leave during the contract
- Return plane ticket
- Accommodation, meals, and internet
- Health insurance in accordance with Libyan laws
- Driver responsible for transporting employees from accommodation to workplace and back
- Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day
