HR MANAGER (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Employment
- Defining staffing needs in cooperation with management
- Attraction and hiring of qualified candidates for various positions
- Conducting interviews, checking candidates' resumes and backgrounds
- Keeping records and databases
- Introducing new employees through appropriate training and orientation
- Providing feedback and support in professional development
- Training and Development
- Organizing training programs on procedures (operational, administrative, etc.) in the hotel
- Ensuring that employees understand brand standards and service expectations for guests
- Interpersonal Relations
- Professionally resolving conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary measures
- Fostering a positive work environment and open communication
- Encouraging teamwork and collaboration among multicultural staff
- Performance Management
- Setting performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with hospitality standards
- Conducting work evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Recognizing and rewarding outstanding employees
- Requirements:
- Excellent command of English language in speech and writing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mentioned position
- Accuracy and responsibility in work
We offer:
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension
- Two-week paid leave during the contract
- Return plane ticket
- Accommodation, meals, and internet
- Health insurance in accordance with Libyan laws
- Driver responsible for transporting employees from accommodation to workplace and back
- Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day
