HR SPECIALIST (m/f)
📍Location: Libya - Benghazi
Job Description:
The company is looking for a responsible and organized individual for the position of HR Specialist who will participate in the daily work of the human resources department. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting HR activities, maintaining personnel records, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring the effective functioning of all HR procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Creating job descriptions and posting job openings
- Reviewing and selecting received resumes
- Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates
- Preparing job offers and employment contracts
- Coordinating the orientation and integration process of new employees
2. Management of personnel records and databases
- Maintaining up-to-date records of employees, both in physical and digital form
- Regularly updating employee data (personal information, contracts, salaries, vacations, overtime)
3. Attendance tracking and support in payroll calculation
- Monitoring attendance, absences, and overtime of employees
- Collaborating with the payroll department for timely salary payments
- Preparing reports on advances, incentives, and deductions
4. Employee relations
- Responding to employees' requests and inquiries
- Communicating and enforcing internal rules and procedures
- Participating in addressing complaints and disciplinary procedures under supervision
5. HR administration and reporting
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR documentation
- Keeping records of employment status, visas, contract expiration, and vacation usage
- Preparing monthly HR reports for management purposes
Qualifications:
- Completed undergraduate studies (a bachelor's degree is mandatory)
- Work experience in the field of human resources
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite
- Good computer literacy

- The contract is signed for 6 months, with the possibility of extension
