- Conducting the selection process for hiring employees (based on interviews)
- Measuring work performance and employee work quality
- Reorganizing employees based on work performance quality in accordance with the law
- Developing and implementing new rules and work procedures for better work and company development, as well as ensuring compliance
- Caring for employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement for the purpose of motivation
- Working on team development, advising the director on decisions to be implemented
- Conducting training and employee development
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
