As an HR Specialist at KFC, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
What You Would Be Doing:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
- Monitor employee performance and assist with performance appraisal processes
- Work in compliance with Montenegro labor law
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Montenegro
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- To be familiar with Montenegro labor law
