Job description:
- Responsibility for the proper functioning of ICT equipment
- Administration of information systems
- Providing technical support to users (helpdesk)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, as well as appropriate management tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms:
- Microsoft servers (2016, 2019)
- Microsoft services (Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, Sharepoint, WDS)
- Microsoft applications (Teams, Office365)
- Operating systems (Windows 10/11, Powershell)
- IP telephony
- Knowledge of relevant IT standards
- Ability for advanced administrative work, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency
- Candidates with previous work experience will be preferred
