Job Description:

The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the IT infrastructure within the company. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing user support, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and ensuring network and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Management of network systems, including routers, servers, and other network devices. Monitoring system performance and taking measures to optimize operations.
Technical Support: Providing technical support to employees regarding software and hardware issues. Quickly and efficiently resolving IT incidents and problems. Educating employees on the proper use of IT resources.
Security and Data Protection: Implementation and maintenance of security measures to protect networks and data. Regular updating of antivirus software and other security tools. Timely response to security incidents and prevention of unauthorized access.
System Development and Improvement: Analyzing company needs for new technologies and recommending enhancements to IT infrastructure. Introducing new systems and applications that improve work efficiency. Leading IT projects and coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in similar roles
Knowledge of network technologies, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security protocols
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
