JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be part of a creative team shaping spatial concepts from idea to distinctive architectural vision. At this early stage of design, we expect you to develop your knowledge and skills through daily work and mentorship, and contribute to the design process by integrating a creative approach with the functional, aesthetic, technical, and legal aspects of architecture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Location: Podgorica | Working hours: 7am-3pm | Office work: Monday-Friday (weekends off)
- Employment length: fixed-term, with possibility of permanent employment after a 3-month probation period
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop solutions and process technical documentation in accordance with conceptual directives of the lead senior designer (editing drawings, visualizations, etc.)
- Monitoring and implementation of the dynamic project documentation plan
- Participation in project-related team meetings
- Preparation of technical reports, specifications, and calculations
- Preparation of presentations in the documentation process
- Implementation of various measures to improve the design process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: University Degree, 1st cycle (240 ECTS), Faculty of Architecture
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the field
- Competencies: Technical expertise - entry level | Reporting - intermediate level
- Team collaboration - intermediate level | Time management - intermediate level
- Decision making - intermediate level
- Computers/software: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Drawing software: Archicad - intermediate level, AutoCAD - intermediate level, Revit - basic level
- English language: minimum B2 level (certificate not required)
- Licenses/certificates: Driver's license category B - desirable
