Job description:
- The lawyer is responsible for ensuring the legal and compliant operation of the company through continuous monitoring, interpretation, and application of legal regulations in the field of general law, labor law, public procurement, property law, consumer protection, and other relevant areas
- Actively collaborates with all organizational units, government authorities, and legal advisors, providing legal support in all business segments
- Participates in the drafting and revision of contracts, internal acts, and other legal documents, identifies legal risks, and proposes appropriate measures for their management
- Contributes to making business decisions through legal advice and ensures compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies
- Also, maintains records and documentation in the field of legal affairs, ensuring their accuracy, timeliness, and availability
Requirements:
- University degree - Law Faculty (graduate lawyer, master of law)
- 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability for analytical thinking and independent legal conclusions
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of English language
- Driver's license category B
