MARKETING MANAGER ASSISTANT (m/f)

📍Location: Libya

Responsible for assisting the marketing manager in the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand recognition, revenue growth, and expanding the market. The person in this position assists the marketing manager in analyzing the market and competition, and in creating a marketing strategy focused on the company's key objectives.

Key responsibilities include assisting the marketing manager in the following activities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns in line with company goals
• Team coordination: Managing marketing teams, encouraging collaboration and effective communication
• Market and competition analysis: Market research, trend monitoring, and competition analysis to adapt strategies and identify business opportunities
• Branding and positioning: Working on building and maintaining a strong brand, and positioning it in the market
• Reporting and performance analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign results, and reporting results to management
• Collaboration with other departments: Close collaboration with departments such as finance, logistics, and product development to ensure alignment of all business functions with marketing goals
• Budget management: Effective management of marketing budgets, resource optimization to achieve maximum results

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in similar positions in marketing and hospitality
• High education in marketing, economics, or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and market analysis tools
• Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
• Knowledge of English language (desirable)
