CLEANING LADY (m/f)
Job description:
- Works on cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of hotel rooms and public areas
- Cleans all rooms in the service area of the hotel - restaurant, bar, terraces, reception, stairs, etc.
- Cleans and tidies up all sanitary facilities, windows, glass surfaces
- Takes care of the cleaning supplies and inventory from the technical warehouse. Keeps track of the number of items and equipment
- Keeps a record of forgotten guest items and informs the supervisor
- Is responsible for hygiene and cleanliness in washing, polishing, sorting equipment, furniture, public areas, toilets, offices, and conference rooms
- Performs maintenance of hygiene in housekeeping areas and storages
- Is responsible for implementing hotel standards and valid sanitary regulations regarding cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of hotel rooms, according to the instructions of the hotel supervisor
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
DISHWASHER (m/f)
Job description:
- Performs auxiliary tasks in the kitchen
- Cleans and prepares ingredients for processing
- Cleans, washes, polishes, sorts, and stores kitchen utensils and dishes
- Prepares and washes dishes and cutlery
- Maintains work surfaces and hygiene in the kitchen
- Performs all other support tasks as assigned by the Head Chef and cooks
ASSISTANT WAITER (m/f)
Job Description:
- Sets and arranges tables, prepares set tables, and other inventory in the restaurant, bar, and terrace
- Performs preparatory work in the area and works for guest service
- Assists waiters in serving guests
- Serves guests at other locations outside the restaurant upon request
- Cares for the hygiene of utensils and personal hygiene
- Collects tableware and takes them for washing
- Collects inventory
- Ensures proper and regular table setting
- Performs other tasks as instructed by the restaurant manager and restaurant supervisors
Profile of the Candidate:
- Education - High School Degree or equivalent
- Experience in the same position for a minimum of one year
- Developed organizational skills
- Neat, diligent, meticulous, responsible, and organized person
- Good team player
