NIGHT RECEPTIONIST (m/f)
Job Description:
✓ Adherence to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
✓ Assigning rooms to hotel guests
✓ Recording basic guest data
✓ Keeping records of hotel occupancy and planned guest arrival and departure dates
✓ Sending reservation confirmations
✓ Providing information about hotel services and activities
✓ Familiarity with Hotelier, Phobs, and sales channels
✓ Proficiency in English language
✓ Communication skills
Requirements for this position:
⏰ Shift work: 07-15h / 15-23h
