Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and preparation of design and planning programs in the industrial sector, oversee and monitor project progress, prepare and present detailed project progress reports and analyses, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions

Key responsibilities:

Close collaboration with Technical Design and Construction Management to assist in contract preparation and support various tasks that are part of project management and execution
Effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams, nurturing collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project goals
Preparation and presentation of detailed project progress reports and analyses, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions

Qualifications:

Degree in engineering or equivalent diploma with at least 5 years of experience in organizational development
Keen eye for detail to carefully monitor project plans, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting throughout the project duration
Must have expertise in project management and monitoring, including planning, allocation, resource distribution
Strong analytical abilities to assess complex project data, identify trends, predict potential issues, and propose efficient solutions to meet project deadlines

Skills and abilities:

Good knowledge and expertise in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning tools, for effective creation, management, and updating of project schedules
