Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. He/she is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling timelines, milestones, and deadlines for areas within his/her responsibility
Leading the team and coordinating with the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Document control and approval for all relevant on-site documentation
Allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and scheduling on track
Communication and reporting with the department including team, subcontractors, and workers
Vision and innovation for future projects

Qualifications:

Degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
Certification or license is a plus
Experience in a leadership role in construction projects
Experience with detailed project planning, quality and quantity control, and project goal analysis
Experience with internal department communications and communications at all levels of management
Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to align with the company's vision and mission
Strategic thinking and creative planning
Ability to multitask

Contract is signed for 6 months, with possibility of extension
