Project Manager (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Job Description:
- We are looking for a project manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects. Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling timelines, milestones, and deadlines for areas within his responsibility
- Leading a team and coordinating with the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Documentation control and approval for all relevant documentation on site
- Allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal usage and scheduling on the project
- Communication and reporting with the department including the team, subcontractors, and workers
- Vision and innovation for future projects
Qualifications:
- Degree in construction management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management with progressively increasing responsibility
- Certification or license is a plus
- Experience in a leadership role on construction projects
- Experience with detailed project planning, quality and quantity control, and project goal analysis
- Experience with internal department communications and communication at all levels of management
- Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to align with the company's vision and mission
- Strategic thinking and creative planning
- Ability to multitask
