We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator ready to warmly and attentively greet each of our guests.
Your duties include:
- Consulting clients about services and scheduling appointments
- Greeting and escorting guests
- Selling salon services to guests
- Working to improve service quality and customer loyalty
- Resolving problematic situations that arise when working with clients
- Adhering to corporate salon standards
- Monitoring the quality of salon staff's work
- Maintaining documentation according to established rules and regulations and managing salon social media
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in the salon
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the salon
