We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator ready to warmly and attentively welcome each of our guests.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on services and scheduling appointments
- Greeting and accompanying guests
- Selling salon services to guests
- Working to enhance service quality and customer loyalty
- Resolving problematic situations that arise while working with clients
- Respecting salon corporate standards
- Monitoring staff work quality
- Maintaining documentation according to established rules and regulations, and managing salon social media
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable salon environment
- Ensuring continuous salon operation
