Sales Director for the Montenegro Market (m/f)

Job description:
- Managing the sales department
- Participation in strategic business planning and decision-making on sales strategies for the Montenegro market
- Strengthening and systematizing the sales process, implementing measures for improvement
- Setting sales goals and plans, organizing the work of employees
- Regular reporting on achieved results and activities carried out
- Motivating, developing, and monitoring employees
- Responsibility for collection of receivables
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive activities
- Working with key clients
- Regular communication and negotiations with principals
- Participation and control in creating and implementing trade marketing activities
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in economics
- Minimum three years of work experience in a managerial position
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Holding a category B driver's license (active driver)
Personal and professional qualifications:
- Leadership skills and high people orientation
- Work dedication and high achievement orientation
- Knowledge of sales processes
