SALES MANAGER ASSISTANT (m/f)
📍Location: Libya
Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of sales strategies to increase brand visibility, revenue growth, and market expansion. This position assists the sales team leader, analyzes the market and competition, and creates sales strategies focused on the company's key objectives.
Key responsibilities include assisting the sales leader in the following activities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: Planning and executing sales campaigns in line with company goals
- Team coordination: Managing sales teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication between them
- Market and competition analysis: Market research, trend monitoring, and competitive analysis to adapt strategies and identify business opportunities
- Sales growth: Developing strategies to increase sales, including predicting customer needs, setting goals, and monitoring performance
- Reporting and performance analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign and sales results, and reporting results to management
- Collaboration with other departments: Close collaboration with departments such as finance, logistics, and product development to ensure alignment of all business functions with sales goals
- Budget management: Efficiently managing sales budgets, optimizing resources to achieve maximum results
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in similar sales and hospitality positions
- Higher education degree in economics, business administration, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and market analysis tools
- Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in English language (preferred)
