Responsibilities:

Manage outbound calls timely
Follow communication "scripts" when processing various topics
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Achieve personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

Fluent knowledge of Montenegrin language; English is desirable (but not mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Customer focus, service orientation, and result-driven mindset; strong desire to succeed
Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
