Salon Ceramic Manager
📍Workplace: TC Boka Mall - Radanovići
Requirements:
- Minimum high school degree, III/IV level of professional education
- Desirable work experience in similar positions
- Organizational skills, experience in managing people and teams
- Ability to coordinate a large number of tasks
- High degree of initiative, commitment, and responsibility in work
- Knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of computer work (MS Office package)
- Readiness for further improvement and acquisition of knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Achieving set sales goals
- Monitoring sales results and actively initiating measures to improve business operations
- Handling administrative tasks and other tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor
- Managing inventory levels and making key decisions regarding their control and procurement
- Actively participating in the sales process as a member of the sales team
- Monitoring market trends, as well as consumer needs and buying habits
- Team management and development, motivating employees to ensure efficiency and increase sales
