JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be part of a creative team shaping spatial concepts from idea to a recognizable architectural vision. In this early design stage, we expect you to focus your expertise and thinking on developing conceptual solutions through integrating a creative approach with the functional, aesthetic, technical, and legal aspects of architecture. We are looking for someone who can think "outside the box," but also knows what that box needs to contain.
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Podgorica | Working hours: 7am-3pm | Office workdays: Monday-Friday (weekends off)
- Employment duration: Fixed-term, with potential for permanent employment after a 3-month probation period
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing solutions and processing technical documentation in accordance with the conceptual directives of the principal senior designer (drawing equipment, visualizations, etc.)
- Based on the principal designer's assessment, may independently initiate conceptual and technical solutions
- Monitoring and implementing the dynamic plan for preparing project documentation
- Participating in team meetings related to the project
- Assisting in preparing technical reports, specifications, and calculations
- Preparing presentations in the documentation process
- Implementing various measures to improve the design process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: University degree, Architectural faculty
- Work experience: Minimum of 4 years in the field
- Competencies: Professional and technical expertise - intermediate level | Reporting - intermediate level | Team collaboration - high level | Time management - high level | Decision-making - intermediate level
- Computer/software skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Drawing software: Advanced level in Archicad, Intermediate level in AutoCAD/Revit
- English language: minimum B2 level (certificate not required)
- Licenses/certifications: Design license
- Driver's license Category B (desirable)
