What does a candidate need to possess?
- Good manners, basic culture, and general awareness, which will be tested during the interview
- Reside in Podgorica or the areas of Grbalj, Tivat field, or Kotor
- Professionalism, dedication, and consistency in work
- Desire for progress, improvement, and achieving full potential, both personally and professionally
- High level of communication towards customers and colleagues in the team
- Ability to work in CRM software and manage sales channels, customer data, and all other sales-related information
- Strong negotiation skills and successful sales closing abilities
- Proactive approach to work and life. Our salesperson is also an advisor to the customer, someone who understands customer needs well, the psychology of sales, and the concept that people do not like to be sold to, but people like to buy! In such a setup, our salesperson is a good advisor on how to make the best choice for their money
- Category B driver's license
- Knowledge of the English language
Description of tasks:
- Vehicle reception - Responsibility for receiving customers' vehicles in service, inspecting the vehicle's condition, and recording necessary repairs or services
- Communication with customers - Maintaining professional and courteous communication with customers, providing information on service, cost estimates, deadlines, and explanations of all necessary work
- Planning and coordination - Planning and organizing service appointments, coordinating repairs with the service's work capacities, and monitoring repair statuses
- Data entry - Maintaining records of vehicles, work performed, costs, and spare parts through the use of a computer system (service record software)
- Procurement of spare parts - Collaborating with suppliers to order necessary parts and equipment for vehicles in service
- Quality service control - Checking completed work and communicating with the service team to ensure the quality of services provided before delivering vehicles to customers
- Invoicing and billing - Preparation and issuance of invoices, as well as billing for service services rendered to customers
- Complaints and feedback - Managing customer complaints and feedback to improve the level of service provided
- Compliance with safety and environmental standards - Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in working with vehicles and equipment
