E-SERVICES AND E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
(MARKETING DEPARTMENT, MARKET RESEARCH AND E-COMMERCE)
Main job tasks for this position include:
- Participation in fulfilling the e-Commerce annual plan in line with the corporate strategy
- Daily monitoring of online service channels according to established guidelines
- Participation in creating online product catalogs and promotions
- Daily communication with the vendor for website development and maintenance; creating and specifying tasks, monitoring and testing implementation
- Monitoring the development process of online products and e-Commerce processes with internal sectors and external vendors
- Monitoring and implementing current trends related to e-Commerce and online marketing
- Reporting responsibilities: tracking assigned KPIs and continuously suggesting actions to improve them
- Implementation and monitoring of online sales chat in collaboration with employees responsible for customer support
- Monitoring the online purchasing process
You are the right candidate for this position if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (VII degree) in social, technical, or natural sciences
- 1 year of work experience
- Computer literacy, MS Office skills, English language proficiency
- Driver's license (Category B)
Desirable competencies for this position include:
- Knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, Google and Facebook/Meta ads, SEO basics, Woocommerce, Canva, Lightroom, CapCut
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Desire for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of digital technologies and services
